The Dental Surgery

Rude receptionist. Refused to take me on as I missed an appointment due to medical emergency with my pregnancy. Just simply rude and bad attitude.

My 6 year old granddaughter fell onto a metal gate, causing cuts inside & outside her bottom lip & loosening a front tooth. A nearby private practice would not see her but suggested we rang NHS 111 (!!!). We rang Wigton Dental Surgery. The reception staff were extremely concerned, wanted to see her rather than just give advice & gave an appointment a little later the same day. When we arrived, the dentists Evie & Philippa could not have been more caring, they examined my granddaughter & gave lots of guidance, advice on possible outcomes & details of after care. I was sent here for an emergency appointment and have to say the staff were pleasant the dentist herself was thorough talking through every step she made and extracted my tooth without any more pain than what I went in with, I truly recommend this dental practice. Thank you from the bottom of my heart thanks to you I am pain free.

Went to register at this dentist says on line open till 7pm Tuesday and Thursday but when I turn up at 5.35 it’s shut what a waste of my time
