My granddaughter (13) has a real phobia about visiting the dentist after a bad experience. Dental Concepts was recommended to me by a member of our Home-Ed group. Shilpa was so kind and gentle and just examined her teeth and put my granddaughter’s mind at ease. She came out smiling !

Have been at this practice for many years now. I had to return today as I lost a filling and I saw Shilpa and her team. If you are nervous about going to the dentist these are the people to put your mind at rest. They are so professional and friendly and make you feel at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My daughter had a dental hygiene appointment and was feeling very nervous. The dentist and nurse were amazing: they explained everything to her in understandable terms, let her see the equipment, described how it would feel and sound and made little jokes throughout to make her feel comfortable. They were also extremely quick. She left feeling happy and proud of herself - thank you so much!
