Trying to get appointment, keep getting cancelled and not being informed or apologised to. I booked check up appt for daughter who us at uni so hard to know dates. Originally booked for Sept but she wouldnt be home in time so emailed from my holiday to cancel and ask to rearrange for following week.they cancelled but can't rearrange by email, you have to ring!!! So got home, rearranged. Got to dentist on said date and time to be greeted with "oh your appointment was cancelled, we did text you". Well obviously they didn't or we wouldn't have gone. All the staff at Westcliff Dental seem very friendly, there is a calm and comfortable atmosphere which helps to put you at ease before and during your appointment. Very happy that I found them.

Have been attending this surgery for about 30 years. I have never had any problems getting the treatment I needed in the past. After not being seen for 3 years, I returned for a checkup knowing full well that a broken molar would need a filling, or possibly removing. I've now had 2 checkups and been told twice that I'd need to be referred privately for the work. Why? I'm a tax paying, loyal member of the surgery. My past dental surgeon's were perfectly capable of doing the work under the NHS. Apparently now they can't. Either the dentist is sub par or their just not willing to do it. Either…

I am delighted to say that Dr. Daanish Chattaooi at Westcliff Dental Practice is the best dentist I ever had, and it is a pleasure to be one regular customer for this excellent practice and its team. I have felt very safe, secure and encouraged whilst all the procedures were carried out.
