I have been at this Practice since the age of 21. Always been lucky with my teeth! Thankfully. But this year had a fall few days post surgery and smashed my two front teeth!! To say I was distraught would be an understatement! I saw Lincoln (Dentist) a hour or so after my fall. This is honestly the best dental practice we have ever been to. My partner is highly anxious when it comes to dentist appointments however Kalpesh has made her feel safe and listened to. He’s always gone above and beyond the job duties as a dentist, I’ve referred my whole family here. The receptionists and dental assistants are brilliant, always smiling and kind. I came here yesterday from Letchworth at the recommendation of my sister. I called on Monday and they were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment the following day. I was seen to by Kalpesh and the lovely dental nurse working with him and they were both incredible. They made me feel so at ease and calm and talked me through each part of the process. I ended up needing a tooth extracted which I was very nervous about. They were so kind and the nurse let me hold her hand during it. I had emergency visit for my son today who had a painful tooth and swelled gum which ended up as big infection. We saw Dr Kalpesh today. He did a great job as always. Very professional with a lot of experience and knowledge. He explained everything well. Unfortunately my son needed to have his tooth out (he is only 8) and was very very scared and panicky when he heard this but Dr Kalpesh together with his lovely assistant (didn’t know her name) made sure my son was comfortable and calmed.
