After getting braces i got my retainers to help my teeth stay in place. I ended up accidentally splitting my retainers (not badly) and having to take them back to get repaired. They left me a week without any form of replacement for my teeth therefore meaning i had to go WITHOUT retainers for a WEEK, this led to my teeth shifting slightly. Terrible orthodontist where Dr Sneha Thakrar is only interested in lining her own pockets and not helping clients with NHS assistance as it’s obviously 1) Too time consuming to get the contract for such a small procedure 2) Means they have to wait longer to get paid Made 4 visits with no progress and was then lied to stating that brace removal is not covered for children under the NHS. A quick Google search proved this wrong where she then backtracked saying for health reasons they will. Proud to say my experience could’ve not been better anywhere else. Staff and dr’s are lovely, ensuring and straight to the point and are committed to see a perfect smile. Throughout my 5 years of being there - the process was smooth and i had not a single issue with my braces nor retainer throughout.
