I had a filling done yesterday with Oliver and was the best dental experience I ever had!! I was looking for a dentist for some time and I got the perfect one! Very professional and gentle. I had an excellent experience at Junction Dental in Watford and would highly recommend them. The practice is clean, modern, and very well run, with affordable and transparent pricing throughout. The staff were fantastic from start to finish from the friendly and professional receptionist to Oliver, the dentist, and Christina, the dental assistant. I had an appointment this morning to fix a crown that repeatedly comes off. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr Niji Daryanani was very disappointing. Her behaviour felt unprofessional and dismissive. At one point, she laughed at a question I asked instead of answering it properly or explaining the situation, which made me feel uncomfortable and not taken seriously as a patient. I am a member of this clinic and have previously been treated by other dentists here, all of whom were professional and respectful, so this experience was unexpected. I highly recommend Junction Dental. They managed to fit me in for an urgent appointment the same day and, after explaining the treatment options, Olly was able to commence treatment immediately to relieve the pain I was suffering. I had neglected a damaged tooth after a particularly bad experience with my previous dentist, so wasn't looking forward to this visit. But the appointment was painless and professional, and I'm not at all worried about going back for the remaining treatment. The practice itself is clean and modern, staff are friendly, and they have parking available for patients.
