Not good experience at all. Started off negative you are given consultation without orthodontist instead a receptionist/ training dental nurse.straight away she pitched how they don't offer traditional metal braces anymore but more for Damon braces.I thought I'd give benefit of doubt and give them a try. Than the second time got call back off Alena before i even started the treatment Alena tried to charge me full price £1800 plus extra charges for retainers and appointments. Even though 30 percent discount was on offer on there website for braces because I didn't budge Later Alena agree! …
