From initial contact to treatment completion the whole experience has been marvellous. Dr Poppy was both friendly and professional, explaining everything in great detail and let me know exactly what she was doing at every step. The Zoom whitening procedure was slightly uncomfortable at first but soon settled down and the time under the light passed quickly. I have always had such an amazing experience at advanced dental, dr poppys always made me feel so at ease as I am quite a nervous patient when it comes to dentist appointments I first saw her when my wisdom tooth was infected and she didn’t pressure any treatments or removals and she prescribed me antibiotics, I have now just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here under sedation after multiple infections and it was the best choice I’ve ever made from start to finish poppy made me not worry at all and I don’t remember a thing of the procedure which was amazing I would definitely recommend…

Outstanding from start to finish. I unfortunately had to book an emergency appointment recently due to being in toothache for quite some time. Poppy, her assistants, the ladies on reception – absolutely everyone I encountered during my visit could not have done more to help me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Had numerous treatments at Advance Dental Care practice, the most recent being two upper back molar implants. I am quite an anxious patient and D Lewis Vernon Butler ensures that you are made to feel relaxed, comfortable and pain free, taking time to explain all procedures in detail and the health benefits regarding said procedures.
