I went to see the hygienist, Julie today, Following on from a recent dental appointment. My husband usually goes to her and has always had lots of praise for her. I am someone who has always had a negative relationship with the dentist and always feared it. The initial dentist was such a lovely, Empathetic man and the hygienist, Julie I saw today was incredible. I would like to say thank you to the dental team who treated my urgent dental needs today. From the advice and caring support at my initial telephone contact with the practice, right through to booking in and during my treatment, I felt they took time to explain and reassure me of my dental concerns.
Callum is a fantastic dentist. His manner is very reassuring and calming- explaining every procedure he undertaking; putting you completely at ease. Always very polite to the patient and assistant which is lovely to hear. All the staff at Bryant Denist are very pleasant and helpful.
