Most of the receptionists are polite and helpful, especially Debbie, nothing is ever to much for her. One of the receptionists however is so rude, she is unhelpful and talks down to people, hence why only 3 stars. I actually told her once that when people aren't feeling well they need support not someone who thinks they are better than them. I know a few people that have complained about her but it seems nobody cares enough to have words with her.

A very good service which is under high demand for the area where appointments are available daily, depending on the issue. The phone triage service is excellent which enables the practice to identify who needs to use an appointment or not, enabling priority of care to be established. Doctors and nurses are friendly and professional and are genuine in their practice. Not sure why the reviews for this practice are so low, as this is a busy practice who seem to deal with the pressure well.

The staff and doctors are lovely and as helpful as they can be. The system works really well that they have in place and I can always get an a triage appt . Can’t fault them.

Compared to London where I used to live The Castle Practice is amazing. I have a long term condition and am able to see the same GP (holidays etc allowing) which helps a lot. I also have had to use the Triage system for myself and my father and was able to see a Dr that day, all be it there being a short wait. Repeat prescriptions are easy and if I have any questions I find reception friendly and willing to find out info needed. I did have a very bad experience in London but this country practice is a dream in comparison to what I am used too - why 5 stars. Fingers crossed the good service …
