Bupa Dental Care - Chepstow Community Hospital

I was logged as an NHS patient at this dentist in 2022 and I’ve only managed to get 2 appointments, one in 2022 and one towards the end of 2024, so Instead of having an appointment every six months, which means I should’ve had 8 appointments between 2022 to the end of 2025, I only had 2 over the course of 4 years. After my appointment in 2024 I was told that I would get sent a letter in the next 6 months to arrange a date for my next appointment, Nothing ever came. I had 1 tooth and two roots removed without any pain. Then returned my revamped denture all went very well with a small amount of bleeding after.

This dental practice have never reached out to me, I’ve always Had to do the chasing In terms of getting an appointment. Haven’t had any communication in over a year now! At least update people and Let them know timelines 😐

Staff are very friendly, but due to the lack of dentists us patients are not getting the care that we need and deserve. They are now advertising for private patients, when they cannot cope with NHS patients who are mostly elderly and cannot afford private care! Please please get your house in order!
