Went for my routine exam and my hygienist. Karen and Zara were amazing. The new hygienist kit is great. Pain free and would be great for anyone who is nervous. Thank you all!
Thought I must share my experiences. I have recently joined Lakeside and have to say it's the best move I made. Everyone is so lovely. Helene made me feel at ease from the start and Becky my hygienist is so caring and gentle. I have not had great experiences in the past with other dentists but I no longer dread my appointments. Helene and the whole team - Thank you.
If you have any anxiety issues (like me) about visiting a dentist, please be assured that Helene will take such excellent care of you before and during the treatment process. Whether this be for an initial examination or the treatment itself. Each stage is explained and plenty of time for short breaks of needed. Right from the initial greeting by reception staff to the clinic staff, I would certainly recommend this excellent Dental Practice.
Wonderful dental team here! I'm in the middle of a set course of treatments with them, they were clear about pricing from the start and have been fantastic when I've scheduled the stages around my financial situation. The staff have also been extremely considered and understanding when I explained my fears and sensory issues with dentists and have been more than accommodating including have the room set up with my preferences over noise/lighting before I'm even called into the appointment. If I could give more stars I would do, fantastic value, easy to park, and just really welcoming
