Charged me £72 for a ten minute consultation with no work carried out. Website says a consultation and x ray is £49. I didn’t need or have an x ray, I just went as one of my teeth was slightly sensitive so I wanted it checking. They carried out no work and told me to keep an eye on it. I questioned the bill and they said what I had done was an investigation not a consultation. I’d had other work done previously which was also way more than the advertised price on their website. I have been going here for the past year and I am very impressed. I have been to quite a few dental clinics in Birmingham before and none of them even comes close to the level of excellence of 321 Dental Care! They are always extremely professional, explain everything with patience and compassion and they cooperate with the patients to find the best solution in each case. Just this week I have had an emergency and when I called in, they were able to see me the same day (not in 4-6 weeks like other dentists had told me before in a similar situation).
