Imperial Dental Group Limited - Stroud

Previously I have had a bad experience with a different dental surgery but since I've been having treatment at Imperial dental clinic I've overcome my fears with a fabulous dentist (George Toma) who extracted my tooth. All staff are so lovely and make you feel welcomed. I can't thank them enough.

M checked it would be ok if I was around 10 minutes late, the receptionist said as long as I’d arrived before 1, it would be fine. Get to the desk and it’s 12.54, the girl on reception says she is going to run up the stairs to let the dentist know I was here.. well, she came back down and said that the dentist would like me to rearrange the appointment as he’s going to lunch ! I mean how bloody rude, so I

I took my 18 month old son for his first dental appointment this morning and we saw Hannah. I can’t recommend her enough. She was absolutely brilliant and put us both at ease. My boy took an instant like to her and she made him smile enough to see inside his mouth without using any potentially scary instruments! All the staff were friendly and welcoming and we look forward to our next visit.

Just registered with this practice and very pleased with the politeness and efficiency of the staff. Checkup was thorough and they scanned my paper documents from my previous dentist, which I thought was very sensible of them
