I have a genuine fear of dentists, however the staff at Alchemy make me feel calm and at ease. From the moment you walk in, until the time you leave, everyone is friendly, courteous and respectful. The girls on reception are an absolute delight and so helpful. I have had two cleans and on both occasions I have been looked after perfectly. My dentist Dr Rehan has been amazing from my first appointment, and has a wonderful friendly approach, as do all the staff. I can honestly say that this is the only dentist that have ever made me feel comfortable and not dread appointments.
I can not fault the service both myself and husband use this dental practice and all staff from reception to the dentist and assistants are so friendly every thing is expected they show you the X rays and explain exactly what needs doing I personally enjoy going to the dentist because I feel totally relaxed and trust my dentist and I'm made to feel like a person I feel listened too and my dentist remembers what was discussed on the last visit which shows me he cares about his patients and takes an interest in your life not many health professionals have this skill to build up a relationship…
I have never met a Dentist that is so friendly, he's full of joy the staff are nice and they will asses your needs. My few visits were amazing I like the atmosphere is great. The work he did on my teeth is good I have no doubt. I recommend Alchemy Dental Practice, good job.
I had a really good experience with Dr. Ahmed. He helped me a lot with my teeth. He is very kind and patient, and he took the time to make sure I felt good and comfortable with my teeth. I’m grateful for his care and would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Ahmed 🙂
