A few weeks ago, I was lucky enough to get an appointment at Down House Dental surgery having very painful toothache. From the initial enquiry to my first visit all members of staff I had interactions, were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Nina, my dentist was amazing. I was embarrassed by my teeth as due to recent bad experiences with two other dentists I had not had my teeth checked for quite some time but absolutely no judgement was made and I felt totally at ease. This Dental Practice is excellent. My family have always had great care. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We have had great treatment and support.
I am so grateful to Nina at the dental practice. I was so anxious and nervous about having a procedure. She talked me through everything, answered all my questions I had and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend as all staff were so kind.
First visit in a long time as I moved areas and couldn’t get an appointment. Excellent lady and assistant. Very kind and empathetic. Would not hesitate to return. Thank you. Definitely recommended for nervous patients!!
