Having not been for a dental check up in a few years I was nervous about my appointment. I was instantly put at ease by the friendly and welcoming receptionists. Dr Slavek and Anna greeted and reassured my nerves again. Very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain my examination clearly. Very happy to have found such an amazing new clinic. Highly recommended.

The staff are very friendly and made me feel comfortable at all times, my only issue was with the policies of the company. As a client I think everyone should know about what I'm going to say before choosing Highfield Dental & Facial Clinic. So, I've booked an appointment to get my teeth cleaned on the 2nd December. Prior to the appointment I've paid £70,00 and on the day of the appointment, after the procedure, I've paid the remaining £70,00. Just finished my hygienist appointment and I wanted to take the time to compliment all the staff. Eweline on reception was friendly, chatty and made everyone who entered feel welcome. Anna the dental nurse was as ever a kind, compassionate, perfectionist. She does everything to make you feel relaxed and always goes above and beyond. She has made a huge difference to the quality of my dental experience and that of my teeth and gum health. A big thank you to all.

I recently went for my hygienist and annual dental check up. Jo was brilliant explained everything she was doing and checking in if I needed a break. Very calming and reassuring. Slavik was exactly the same. I have been with this practice for over 30 years and they have always delivered an excellent service both to me and my sons who used to be scared of the dentist. I won’t be changing.
