I came with my 13 year old son for the first time today and I was half an hour late due to traffic and bad weather. I did inform the receptionist that I am running late... she did reassure me that I would be seen but unsure how long I would have to wait.... thankfully I was seen quickly. Everyone I saw today including the receptionist were lovely and professional....I had read the reviews of the practice before I came and was quite apprehensive but I didn't need to worry!! Great service. Spoke about my daughter being nervous after bad experiences at other dentists at the beginning of the appointment and they were very good with her. Explaining and encouraging her all the way through. Excellent service
Really positive experience. Lovely team, great Ortho - Michael (who has 50+ years experience in dentistry!).
Everyone was so welcoming & courteous. Everything was explained at every stage very clearly & we came out with very clear picture of our options, moving forward!
