Been going for years and good dental care. The entrance is at the rear of the building, there is no customer parking, looks like a disabled spot to be used. I normally book the first appointment and still have a little wait so expect that, from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. Getting a routine appointment works well and my wife needed a urgent one which was acomadated so it's working well. This visit I walked in and there was two receptionist, one on the computer, the other her phone and not for long, but to me it looked like, they looked at each other to decide whos turn it was to welcome me. Lovely experience! The whole team was very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I had a check-up and was able to get a hygienist appointment the same day, which was really convenient. The dentist even swapped her lunch break to fit me in. I came back few weeks later for a filling. Everything went smoothly—professional, caring, and efficient. Highly recommend!
Absolutely awful experience. The clinic is run-down and dirty, and the receptionist is shockingly unprofessional and clearly untrained. They regularly cancel appointments without notice and never answer the phone, yet they’re quick to strike patients off without a second thought. Zero loyalty, zero customer service, and zero accountability. This place is a joke—there are far better and more competent dentists in the area. Avoid at all costs.
