After 50 years of bieng frightened of the dentist. Genix were great in how they helped with my fear. Put me right at ease. And I am now returning for all the treatment I need. Thankyoi to all the staff for bieng so helpful.
Charlotte was extremely professional and caring towards my daughter’s first dentist appointment. Answered all my questions with a professional manner and was overall very helpful and caring. The receptionist also welcomed us in and was very friendly:) great members of staff x
A few months having a baby (when treatment is totally free) I was told I needed a filling. This is the first time I have needed one so didn’t really know what to expect. I asked the dentist whether I would be able to have a white one rather than silver. She said yes but that would mean the cost was approximately £170. I was shocked by this but agreed as I was already sat numb in the chair! When I spoke to others about it they informed me how expensive this was. I contacted the manager via email who replied saying the dentist had advised me the whole appointment would have to be paid for pri…
