Crazy set up. Can't get seen by a doctor. Never can get an appointment...ever. If by some miracle you do talk to a doctor they just send you to A an E. I don't ever want to go to A and E unless my head is hanging off. Do blood works...you're doctors. I have mental health issues but because I'm not hearing homicidal voices from my neighbour's dog it isn't urgent. In the amount of time it has taken to write this I could have spoken to three doctors. But no...try again tomorrow... Absolutely useless
Scandalous waiting weeks for an appointment on site and 113 attempted phone calls only to be told ALL APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY ARE NOW FILLED. However the sympathetic way the helpful and understanding staff are not to blame, they always do more than you expect to try and accommodate you in some way.
Absolute joke of a health centre!! Service is abysmal. Can phone them from 8.30am to make an appointment (only for that day which isn't right either)and I get through at 8.47 to be told all available appointments for that day have been taken, then it says if you still need to be seen today press 1 but when you do that nobody EVER answers, it just keeps ringing out!! Randalstown Medical Practice would be better closing down. They did little enough for patients before covid but now they do nothing!!
Thankfully, I don't often need to visit my GP but when I do, it's a fully struggle to get seen. An all out battle to queue at 8am every morning which within 10mins all the appointments are gone. After that you can request a phone call but you'll only have to wait exactly one month! I kid you not. Next appointment on the phone is 30 days away. Sharpen up. The community needs availability to their GPs.
