Very disappointed. I explained that I wanted to access the hygienist without moving from my current dental practise and was assured that this was fine as long as I paid a surcharge. I booked the appointment in advance (after double and triple checking that I didnt need to register) for it to be cancelled on the day, one hour before my appointment after having booked time off work. This meant that it was too late to have the treatment anywhere else ahead of a planned event.

I visited the practice on Thursday last week for a check -up, and as always, the girls are all extremely friendly and helpful. It is obvious to me (and everybody else I'm sure) that everybody enjoys being there! Your girls are all great assets to the practice! Keep up the great work! Scott Nolan.

I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone. Having had a fear of the dentist, I was put at ease straight away with their professional manner and the expertise of Louise and her staff. They were always asking if i was ok and kept me calm involving me in conversation to take my mind of things. The reception staff have always been brilliant, and very courteous. Well done to all the staff.

Great service at Lynwood dental today. I went in for a planned filling and the extraction of my final wisdom tooth. The needles, filling all went well and although the extraction did take longer than in the past with alot more wiggling and tugging, it came out in 1 piece. However after they were finished I had a funny turn, shaking , felt really weak (this has never happened before) the staff were lovely and so patient. They really took their time with me to come around, got me some water to sip on and made sure I had someone to come and escort me home with strict orders to lay and relax. T…
