I had a tooth extracted this morning that was particularly difficult and time demanding. Dr Douglas was kind, patient and very caring in her attitude to me. The whole procedure was carried out in a calm and professional manner, and with written instructions for aftercare. The whole team deserve credit for their approach, from the cheery welcoming reception team to the very capable dental nurse. Thank you for such an excellent service.
Best dentist experience (coming from a very nervous patient) - I won't go anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and calming. I really appreciate the care these people put into our health, they genuinely put your needs first and don't just want money out of you or to get you done as quickly as possible. They take the time to discuss treatment options, give their expert opinion, and support you in your decision. Coast Dental Health is the best dental clinic I’ve been to. Friendly team, super clean practice, and genuinely professional care. Everything was explained clearly and the treatment was quick, painless, and high quality. Highly recommend if you want a dentist you can actually trust.
So pleased I changed my dental practice and chose Coast, previous dentist said 2 teeth I had were not worth saving , having gone to coast for a second opinion, was told they could try to save and have done a fantastic job, root canal on one and filling on the other. Talked me through the process and plus and minuses of treatment. Root canal was difficult and long procedure but TerriAnne was brilliant as were the dental nurses. As someone who has never liked visits to dentist, they put me at ease and I would recommend to all my friends. Reception staff friendly and practice very clean and tidy.
