I’ve been coming to this practice for many years and have always received excellent care from the friendly, knowledgeable team. The check-ups and exams are always thorough, and I really appreciate how they keep me informed throughout the process. I always feel well looked after here!
I have a great experience every time I go. Richard is fantastic and genuinley cares for your teeth and wellbeing. Dawn, the hygenist, is equally amazing and makes me feel welcomed and cared for. I would very much recommend this dental practice to anyone.
Canford Cliffs Dental has caused significant distress and damage to my mother during her Invisalign treatment. They initiated treatment despite her being unsuitable for Invisalign, risking the loss of her front eight teeth. These issues were not identified or addressed until my mother insisted on further checks. X-rays were ignored, and a problematic back tooth, which should have been removed, was left untreated. As a result, she now suffers from tooth pain, holes in her teeth, and irreversible damage. My mother lost trust in the practice (and so have I obviously) this led them to transfer…
Absolutely brilliant practice. I go for regular treatment but my 10y doesn't. He had an accident and needed emergency treatment, he was seen within half an hour, Richard was brilliant in talking to my son and explaining what was going on before he did it. Incredible bedside manner. Cost was also explained before starting the work, which was very fair and was nice as we didn't have any choice so he didn't need to. Thank you Richard and the team making a very stressful situation better.
