I was booked in with a lady over the phone as I needed assistance with the form. She was helpful, very polite and very knowledgable . I was seen by the lady dentist and her colleague. As I suffer with anxiety they both showed so much care and empathy, I instantly felt relaxed. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. Kind, empathetic and very professional. After years of avoiding dentists (because I’m petrified) I had a long chat with Sue (Head receptionist) who was extremely understanding, very Helpful and reassured me I would be in the best hands, she wasn’t wrong, Mr Hussain explained what needed to be done and made me feel at ease. What an amazing team who went above and beyond to help me and over come some of my fears. Can’t thank them all enough.
