If Carlsberg did dentists… We have a small tribe of children aged 5 months to 4 years — ranging from “cute but clueless” to “tiny negotiator who absolutely will not open their mouth.” Dental visits could easily be chaos. But not here. From the moment we walk in, the whole team are calm, warm and completely unfazed by shyness, wobbles, or dramatic refusals to sit in the chair. Somehow, they turn nerves into giggles. Contacted Pear tree by email regarding becoming a new patient and got a call back straight away. Appointment to follow day after next. Had my first appointment today and was treated very well. Kind and considerate. I am nervous going to dentist but I was made to feel at ease. I have a lot of work to do and feel confident that I made the right choice to come to Pear Tree. I have always found Pear Tree Dental to be highly professional, with staff who are both highly competent and engaging with its patients. Recently I needed to correct some dental related issues, I outlined the issues and the staff outlined a plan to correct this and have created a plan going forward. Been going a few years now and my dentist put me at ease very quickly. I lost my NHS space, which id had since childhood, at my previous dentist without warning so hadn't been for a few years and was very nervous (thankfully i had no issues). They also fit a space for my son when he was born, which was excellent and had a lot of thorough advice on his new teeth as they've been emerging. Thank you very much pear tree!
