Is it right to say you enjoyed your visit to the dentist😂 Well I actually did! The premises were emaculate the welcoming reception staff were friendly and well turned out. The dentist and his assistant really put me at ease. The gentleman exudes confidence and professionalism and is friendly, polite and caring. Not my usual dentist as I was a Refferal from my regular dentist. Having said this I couldn’t recommend this surgery highly enough. Brilliant service! I visited the practice today for tooth extraction following referral from my dentist. First impressions were great the practice is lovely and all the staff are very friendly. I was put at ease straight away as a nervous patient with a childhood phobia of dentists! The whole process took no longer than 15 minutes. I couldn’t believe how quick I was out. I was made to feel comfortable, numbed well and then they got on with extraction, I didn’t feel any pain at all and the dentist was brilliant. She is obviously very good at what she does. Great service when needing an extraction. Staff were very friendly and compassionate, and I didn't feel rushed when needing extra anesthetics. A good aftercare sheet was provided as well.
