Ade Jordan ★☆☆☆☆

£100 for a 15-minute dental hygiene appointment is taking the pxss. I know they were short staffed, as they tried to reschedule my appointment the day before, but if you can’t deliver the service, you should have cancelled. It was my first hygienist appointment since Covid, so I know I needed a decent clean and not a light polish. I also completed the practice feedback selecting the “I need to raise a concern” and gave all the details and didn’t get any response at all, so that’s clearly lip service. I’ll be going elsewhere in future.

Angela and the team made me feel welcome and the treatment was brilliant! Thank all A++++

Both my wife and I have tried to access NHS care with the practice Either there is no dentist on that day , you are asked to phone the following day and enter a scrabble for the limited appointments available. There are no longer any NHS yearly check ups, nearly two years ago was our last one. Meaning your dental health is being neglected and can lead to more serious problems.

Awful treatment here and most definitely will not be returning after one of the dentist failed a tooth extraction on me and left me in so much pain! when going to another dentist they had actually snapped my tooth at the root when trying to extract so I’ve had to have this pulled out because of the damages the dentist here had caused me!
