Absolutely amazing. They've always gone above and beyond. I can only imagine how stressful running an NHS dental practise in 2025 must be. I was seen within a week despite them being short staffed because of illness and left with a smile I didn't expect to still have.
I’ve been attending this dental practice for many years, in fact since the days of Kingsley Brown, the kindest and most respectful dentist I’ve ever met. Unfortunately, since the new ownership took over, things have gone sharply downhill. The receptionist is dismissive and rude, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere from the day they first took over the practice. There’s no sense of courtesy or care, just a cold and abrupt attitude that leaves you feeling like a nuisance rather than a patient. The dentist was no better. The appointment felt rushed and impersonal, with no attempt to explain any…
I was very nervous about visiting any dentist before my first ever appointment at The Mall dental practice, Newport, Isle of Wight. However, the friendly, polite and helpful approach of the receptionists and my dentist Vladimir really put me at ease. I was treated kindly and informed of what would happen and my options all the way through treatment. I have never had a gentler dentist and would highly recommend Vladimir and The Mall Dental Practice to anyone looking for a dentist, particularly if you are nervous. Excellent people, excellent dental work :)
have had my teeth and dental work done here my whole life and wouldn't go anywhere else. never had an issue with them and find all the staff, including the receptionists, to be helpful and worthwhile talking to!
