Can't believe some of the comments on here I've been at this practice for years and have had nothing but exceptional service... Reception staff always lovely Jane Ford is my dentist she always put you at ease kind ,caring.I wouldn't go anywhere else. My only complaint is those blinking sofas in waiting room ..they definitely need a up grade

Outstanding practice, we have attended here for many years and always been happy. I was seen today for a routine filling. My appointment was on time all of the staff I saw were kind friendly and professional . My husband has also recently had dental implants his treatment and outcome were outstanding- Highly recommend! Thank you.

Attended this practice for many years and really surprised at some of the bad reviews on here. My husband and myself go every six months the for check ups regularly for check ups and have treatment as required. We have found the practice to be very good in terms of professionalism and friendliness and on a recent occasion when I had tooth pain I was able to be seen the next day.

The reception staff were arrogant and rude. Even though it was their mistake, I couldn't express any dissatisfaction. If I showed any dissatisfaction, they threatened to never let me come to the clinic again. I don't understand where they inherited their arrogance and rudeness. Do they think they're royalty? No! Royalty are much more humble than them! They're not born princesses, but they have princess syndrome. Terrible reception staff. （Giving this one-star rating is an insult to that rating; the platform should consider allowing comments without giving a star.）
