This was my first visit to Windsor House Dental Practice, and I was made to feel so welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. The reception team greeted me warmly, setting a lovely tone for the rest of the appointment. Dr. Matthew Dickie was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. Sarah was so friendly and kept me smiling throughout. I’m genuinely looking forward to future visits…highly recommend!
I can't thank Dr Dickie enough! I can smile again. From the time you go into the Practice you are made to feel so welcome. The girls on the desk are so friendly and helpful. I am a very nervous patient but from the time I sat in the chair, both Dr Dickie and Linda made me feel so at ease with their friendly manner and chat. They both made it such a stress free experience. I almost felt relaxed! I am so pleased with my new crowns - I actually can't believe the difference it has made. Thank you once again.
My recent experience was wonderful, I never thought i would say that about a dental practice after previous bad experiences elsewhere. Neil and the rest of the staff really put me at ease and looked after me. I will now not go anywhere else, thank you WH , Jamie
I've been with Windsor for about 4 1/2 years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The care and attention I get with each visit is second to none. I know that all the staff care about my health and wellbeing, and have looked after my dental needs with the utmost respect. I have also found the prices to be quite reasonable, and quite accessible for everyone.
