A caring team, giving you the best advice for your circumstances. As a private customer (the NHS list is unfortunately full) I feel like whilst not cheap, the cost is average for the multiple deep clean treatments I need. They do not oversell the plans where they are not necessary. Marta at the Torrisholme Road, Morecambe practice has a difficult job, but does it with compassion and understanding.

They take your money with rocket like speed. Then leave you sitting an age. I have never yet been seen on time. (In 6 years) Today there can be no excuse. There is no one else here. Clearly I am the first one after lunch. But hey a longer lunch break is a bit more important than client satisfaction right? In fact the dentist rocked up to the surgery 15 mins after my appointment was due. Not even so much as an apology for keeping me waiting. £27.40 for a check up which lasts 2 minutes

All the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was my teenage daughter's first dentist appointment in a while and she was apprehensive, but she was made to feel comfortable and at ease.

After waiting 30 minutes for my appointment, and no communication, I asked the receptionist what was happening, she promptly text the dentist, who said he would be another 10 minutes, very poor, I would have been waiting 40 minutes, just for check up, l couldn’t wait any longer so had to book another appointment, let’s hope I get better service next time
