Extremely disappointed with the scheduling at this practice. My children's appointments have been cancelled and rearranged at the last minute more than three times now. It is incredibly difficult to manage kids' schedules when the clinic doesn't respect our time. To make matters worse, they often book us with a therapist when we have specifically requested a dentist. even while trying to resolve these bookings over the phone, I've been passed around to different people only to be disconnected or hung up on. I am extremely anxious. But the whole team made me feel relaxed. I didnt just go for a routine check up, I had extractions and implants puts in. It was a long day, but I was tended to with care. My procedure was planned with meetings before hand and I met the team. Great communication without being pushy. They took the procedure at a pace that was comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Lisa and Andreas for being understanding and showing compassion.

My Dentist Ushna Gafoor is brilliant she very caring professional and organised. Talks to me about all my treatments so I understand and of course prices. Ushna is my second Dentist from genix my last one was Mr Magson I was with him for over forty years so I was little apprehensive going to some other then Mr magson but I was so relieved to meet Ushna she is amazing 👏.
