Not a great experience at this practice unfortunately. All my dentist wanted to do was to have my teeth pulled out (at another dentist in some rough end of Leicester) citing that they did not have the staff or resources on site to carry our restorative work. I have now registered with another NHS dentist (yes, I found one!) who carried out an assessment and has commenced treatment, on the NHS, that will allow me to keep my gnashers firmly in my mouth. Don’t know if it was just the dentist I saw or whether it is a practice policy to pull teeth rather than look after them but overall I’m g…
Considering how nervous I was I can only say how impressed I was by Dr/Mr S Elshazly and his nurse’s professionalism! They were both so warm, caring and calming. My treatment was nowhere near as traumatic as I had anticipated! Going to the dentist isn’t considered a pleasure normally, but today, I met two exceptional human beings. Thank you so very much for looking after me so well!
I have just had a wisdom tooth removed at Ditchfield Dental Practice. I was totally put at ease and I can honestly say that I didn’t feel a thing. Very professional and expert staff, with a lovely ‘bedside manner’. Thank you for looking after me today. Sue Adams.
