Went for in an initial appointment. My dentist, Billin Benny, was incredibly friendly, informative, upfront and transparent. I was very nervous, but not for long after walking into my appointment. He didn't sugar coat anything, but also didn't berate me for treatment needed (as I've had in the past elsewhere). Thoroughly explained the work needed after taking X-rays, and discussed with me the dental plan moving forwards in a way I could understand, but also with my opinion too. I can’t recommend Smile Dentists in Urmston highly enough, especially the hygienist, but honestly the whole team deserves a mention — including the dentist. For years I’ve been genuinely anxious about going to the dentist. It’s something I’ve worried about and put off more than I should have. But every single time I visit Smile, that anxiety melts away. They are calm, patient, and incredibly reassuring, never rushed and never judgemental. Definitely a 5 star dentist. My personal dentist Ross has made me feel nothing but comfortable and at ease. I have been scared of going to the dentist for years and have avoided it but after my first appointment with him I felt a lot less anxious about going and am so grateful to have such a friendly and caring dentist. Can not recommend them enough after living with so many broken teeth for years I’m finally getting my smile back. Thanks to everyone a smile.

My son attended to have his first filling, quite a deep one, and he has a history of needle phobia. Mr Benny was professional and friendly and made my son feel at ease, played music for him and constantly checked that he was ok. The whole procedure went very smoothly. My son was absolutely fine and actually asked me what the big deal was afterwards! Such a relief!
