Just want to thank the girls on reception today, Scarlett and Lara, even though they are trainee nurses, they delivered outstanding customer service. They were friendly, welcoming, professional and exteremely helpful, making the whole experience feel smooth and reassuring from start to finish. I'd also like to thank Jenny, the TCO who was lovely to speak to and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain things clearly and making me feel well looked after. Easy to make an appointment online or in person. Clean bright surroundings. Cameron gave me a thorough explanation of my checkup … happy to say ‘no fillings today’ .. people of a certain age will recognise the saying!!

Lovely friendly practice. Clean and professional. The reception team are very welcoming and polite. The dental nurse was really kind and helped put me at ease. The dentist was knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me and made recommendations. Overall a first class service.

My whole experience with synergy dental macclesfield was itself fantastic.i had a broken tooth which I had gone to another dentist in the macclesfield area.unfortunately that experience was terrible.treating me as a commodity not a human being.synergy dental was completely the opposite. I was treated by Michael who put me at ease straight away.told what was needed how it was going to happen and just keeping me informed throughout the procedure.
