I went to Zental in Earl’s Court for a hygienist teeth cleaning and had a great experience. Both Alla and Dalia were extremely pleasant and professional. They were straight to the point, which really helped put my nerves at ease. The whole visit felt calm and efficient. Zainab at reception was also wonderful—very pleasant, easy to talk to, and she showed great hospitality from the moment I arrived. Thank you to the whole team for making the visit comfortable and welcoming!
Alla is a highly skilled and knowledgeable hygienist who is actually a trained dentist. I feel very fortunate to have her as my hygienist. She was thorough, skillful, and compassionate. Alla's presence is comforting and reassuring-- just what you want in a healer. I appreciate her reassuring communication and commitment to dental health.
Kind of annoying I paid for an initial appointment and we went over my plan. I was then booked in for simulator which did not happen at the app I came to. Again this apppintment was unnecessary. I was still happy to proceed and needed a scan. This was so confusing for no reason. I told the admin I wasn’t booked in for a scan but she got confused cos I had two appointments that they booked, I had to sit there and explain this to her as she was asking for payment before my scan was even done. I then told her I need the scan I didn’t have it done this is essential before I pay as I don’t even …
My experience has been first class. My dentist, Dr S. Shah, is and has been highly professional and explained every step of my dentistry. I was fully informed of and about my treatment. I went to him with a different problem that arose way before his appointment. He accepted the challenge and met satisfactorily. I would highly recommend Dr Shah and Zental to prospective patients.
