I had my debond appointment yesterday with Dr Mohamed at Zental Cricklewood, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I hadn’t seen my teeth properly in over a year and a half, so I was both excited and nervous but he made the entire process so calm and comfortable from start to finish. He was incredibly gentle, patient, and caring throughout the appointment. In fact, I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep in the chair! I can’t recommend Dr Alex Buzhar enough. He is calm knowledgeable and incredibly considerate, which makes a huge difference during dental treatment. Saima at reception is lovely, smiling, helpful and efficient. I also had to make a few changes to my appointments and needed to call several times. Very professional approach to my implants. Dr. Mohamed Kassam explained and took me step by step through the procedure and it was successful and very satisfying.Was welcomed and greeted with a smile from the front office By Saima and Duha.
