I had such a lovely experience during my dental check-up. From the moment I walked in, Asma at reception was absolutely wonderful — so warm, kind, and genuinely friendly. She has such a calming and positive energy and made the whole visit feel relaxed and welcoming straight away. I had a dental emergency and the practice managed to fit me in at very short notice, which I really appreciated. Asma on reception was fantastic - friendly, polite and very helpful. She handled everything calmly and had a real can-do attitude, which made a stressful situation much easier.
