They are running a scam… they have cancelled my appointment the day before and said it will be refunded. 3 weeks later still not refunded. More than half of the time they don’t pick up a phone despite me staying on the line for 10+ mins. Email is ignored. One time I got through via phone, they said a “practice manager” will contact me and they never did. I did a charge back in the end but still such a waste of time and energy. I can’t believe there are so many 5 star reviews when you can’t even get through to their phone!

The practice cancelled my appointment 4 weeks ago and still haven’t refunded my payment. I get no response to my emails. When I call them, the receptionist tells me that only the practice manager can authorize a refund and that I need to talk to him. I’ve been told to call at different times of the day and then either the phone line is unavailable or the mysterious practice manager has vanished. I’ve wasted a bunch of time trying to get my money back. Avoid this business if you can.

I could not recommend the team and service at Mouth Dental enough! Dr Dinesh and his team have been superb. I am very happy with the results so far for my teeth whitening and composite bonding. Stevie has equally been fantastic - very welcoming and accommodating. The best dentist I have been to so far!
