AVOID !!! I’m disappointed with my recent experience at this practice. I phoned ahead specifically to request a scaling appointment. I asked whether scaling was included under the NHS Bands and was told it was, so I booked on that basis. When I arrived, I was given a brief check‑up and X‑ray (lasting around four minutes in the chair) and was then sent to reception to book a hygienist appointment. I was informed by the receptionist that scaling could only be done privately by the hygienist for £75. I was also told that the appointment I had just attended was an NHS Band 1 exam costing £27.4…

I have been registered with Millennium Dental Practice for years, but this experience has been absolutely unacceptable. I attended due to severe pain in a molar. I was prescribed antibiotics, which did not work, and I ended up in A&E over the weekend. During my original visit, I was clearly told that once the infection settled I would need a root canal treatment, and I was given an appointment about a week and a half later. If you have anxiety or concerns do not worry because he would tell you everything you need to know and he would make your anxiety and concerns go away. The care with which Dr Robert explained the stages of the process of preparation, prior to implant surgery, the three-month minimum stage for the gums to heal before the dental prosthetics were fitted was clear and took the necessary time for upper jaw, followed by lower jaw treatments over a six-month schedule.
