Excellent service. Flexible with appointment time to work around my job. Very thorough. I cannot recommend enough.
Today I had a new patient appointment with (I believe it was) Christine. All the staff were polite and friendly. My teeth were checked and 'tidied' slightly! I have also been given some excellent advice, recommendations and options for future treatments without it at all being at all 'pushy' or 'salesy'. A very pleasant experience - thank you. As some reviewers have mentioned below, the advice I was given was focused on prevention and health rather than restoration. This a promising sign and what I am looking for in a dental practice.
I left this practice after being with them for 22years. Over the last few years the reception staff have become extremely rude, incompetent and unprofessional. They would slam down the phone on you, or never pick up. They would speak about patients rudely to each other when they when the patient left the room or after getting off the phone, all whilst other patients are waiting in the reception area. They are just extremely rude and made the experience unpleasant. The service received by the dentists is basic. Now I have moved I have really noticed how awful their service was. Consider look…
