God forbid you’re running late for your appointment. I called ahead of time to let them know that I’d be running late but it seems this practice is so busy that they’re unable to answer the phone. Admittedly, I was 12 minutes late to my appointment having travelled miles and was told I couldn’t be seen as the dentist was in a meeting. In the 20+ years I’ve been a patient at this practice, I have never been seen on time, so this would have been a first. TLDR- if you’re running late, you’re better off being a no show because you won’t be seen.

I am qualified to write this review, as Batman Dentist have looked after me for decades I have long moved away from that area but simply will not change dentists! Over the years, Dr Jessa and his staff have been kind and considerate They have not only delivered both a brilliant and professional service but have always engage emphathy throughout treatments.. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I was made to feel so awkward the three times I had to attend this practice. Dentist Dr Khambay was completely rude and looks down his nose at everyone. I will add, there is absolutely no professionalism or privacy for patients in this branch. I asked to see another dentist and was told by reception “you’ve already started your treatment”. Staff discuss dental records and private information at the front desk for everyone to hear. I will not be returning here. This practice needs investigating.

Amazing Dentist, I’m a very nervous patient and Dr Jessa is amazing. The only Dentist I will let near my mouth. The Dental nurse and receptionist are always very nice also. Highly recommend this place.
