My first ever time visiting and I honestly don’t have a single bad word to say. The receptionist was lovely, polite and smiling at all times. Same with the dentist and the lovely assistant. I had an amalgam filling and it was done perfectly with 0 discomfort and an outstanding result. A very positive and welcoming place where i felt comfortable. 100% would recommend.
I am totally appalled by the conduct of the receptionist at this dental practice. This is not the first time I have been subject to her misconduct. I phoned up today to discuss moving my services from this dental surgery or staying as I have moved out of the area. I had paid a £20 deposit for my next hygienist appointment and asked how I could get it back given my appointment is in over 6 weeks if I decide to move. She told me that she wasn’t sure if that’s possible. I asked her if she could please find out and she then hung up on me. I phoned back and was left on hold waiting for the call …
The dentist and his assistant are always caring and provide an amazing service. The receptionist on the other hand is really unpleasant and unprofessional. One of my previous appointments, the time was changed without contacting me to ask if it would work with me. Yesterday I booked another two appointments and before I left I have asked if she could send me my booking confirmation because I could see she couldn't care any less to talk to me by her attitude, and just looked like she doesn't really want to be there. Really nice dental surgery. I’ve honestly never dealt with a more helpful receptionist. From my initial call she was friendly, accommodating and professional. She gave me a call back at a suitable time to get my first appointment booked in, which considering it’s a busy practise with only one person on the front desk is pretty impressive. I was made feel welcome from the second I arrived, no waiting for my appointment. The dentist and the dental nurse were both lovely. I look forward to going back - something I never thought I’d say about a dental surgery!
