I had a fantastic experience at City Dental Studio. I haven't been to the dentist for a while so when I booked the appointment Crystal (the dentist) gave me some good advice about how to prepare myself. I am always extremely nervous when I see the dentist, but when I attended for my appointment Crystal immediately put me at ease. She was very patient, understanding and caring. She took her time to explain what she would be doing and that I would be in total control. During the procedure the dentist asked frequently if I was okay and if there was any pain. I had X-rays, hygiene and a filling…
I had a great experience at city dental studio, with Dr crystal. She was gentle, professional, and very thorough. The treatment was quick, comfortable, and the results were fantastic. I highly recommend city dental studio for anyone looking for great dentist.
I paid 65 pounds and got nothing! I was looking to do a tooth x-ray for my 5 y.o. son. Their website mentions they do x-ray for kids. I called them, booked an appointment and I paid 65 pounds in advance as was said. At the appointment they couldn't do an x-ray, as the X-ray attachment was too big and caused a gag reflex. They refused to refund miney back.I lost money and time. Very disappointed. They should have mentioned the kids age or ask about that before appointment!
Crystal and her team have been absolutely phenomenal in making me feel welcomed and comfortable when going in for my regular checkups. Their space has always felt clean and professional, with Crystal always listening to any concerns and questions I have had about my teeth. I've wanted to start Invisalign since before I came here and will finally be starting it soon with them because of how great the services have been. I honestly could not give higher praise for a dentist and would recommend Crystal to everyone!
