I am writing this review and do not know where to start. WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR BELOVED NHS? I have never ever came across such rude, unprofessional and utterly disgraceful healthcare workers in entire my life. I had the most appalling experience on 19 July 2025 when I went for my Ultrasound diagnostic examination provided by CLCH at Edgware hospital. Messenger of child health headquarter of westminster she called me, while I'm trying to understand the reason of her call and she was so rude I believe she still thinking that she lives in one of those 3rd world country, behaving very rude hanging phone on you shouting, so I call back to ask about her turned she is the manager, so her colleague Kevin, and other slave working under her when I requested her name they all refused to give me her name, so I called back to ask the receptionist and she also refused, what does this shows!!!!
