Good reminders mean I didn't miss my appointment, and the welcome by reception staff is always warm and friendly. I'm not a fan of dental treatment - definitely a nervous patient - but my dentist has a very reassuring manner and today's examination and treatment (a filling) was about as calm and peaceful as I get. With an injection, of course - there's no way I'd have even the tiniest filling without one. I reckon I'm very lucky to have a good dentist I like and trust - AND ON THE NHS!

Not great. The receptionist was great and super helpful and accommodating, but I had to reschedule after arriving because the dentist was running almost an hour behind schedule and I hadn’t been told. In future, it would be helpful to be informed ahead of time if the schedule is this far off. It’s unreasonable to expect people to wait for this long for an appointment
