I got a filling done at this practice, developed sensitivity and toothache shortly afterwards, called in for an emergency appointment but they asked me there was nothing for a week. Booked in an appointment with a different practice and had another filling done on the same day and was advised i needed an RCT. I called them again 13 times over a period of 3 weeks to book an appointment for RCT and not once the call was received, sent them an email and they decided to ignore the email too. I had a tooth which needed a filling. Upon making an appoint with LeoDental, the receptionist took my details and asked me to wait for a few minutes. This was my first time going. Dr Shah saw me, he was really nice and assuring, taking all the necessary scans for a full check-up and then going over to the computer to show me what my teeth look like.
