I had an excellent experience with dr Mahsa . She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain each step of the treatment clearly, which made me feel calm and confident throughout the entire process. Their gentle approach and attention to detail really stood out, and I felt that my comfort and well being were a top priority at all times. The worst dentist ever! The older male dentist, who used to be very pleasant, is starting to become impatient and rather trader! As for the new female dentist, she's a disaster. My daughter left her office in tears, and the only thing she could say was that my “5-year-old” wasn't cooperating! Even though she hadn't done anything to my daughter except stick one of her instruments into her cavity, she asked me to sign the NHS form telling me it’s for my time!!!
In fourty years I have never found a dentist who cares as much as Amit. All his practices follow his ethos of care and duty towards his patients. He is also the most qualified dentist and an amazing person. He only works with people that care and are very good at what he does.
The lady from reception very rude I definitely avoided this place
