The Dental Practice

An absolute brilliant dentist.. Ive been going here for years, never had a problem with anything here, they are friendly, professional and work around you. Lubna is the main dentist, she is fantastic, an absolute joy, plus she has the driest sense of humour this side of the Sahara desert.. The new hygienist Julie is a blessing too, friendly, professional and gentle, an asset to the team, and the only hygienist who has never hurt me, not even with the spikey gum prodding thing.. It's like visiting friends rather than going to dentist.. An excellent practice, highly recommended..

Lubna is a great dentist. A lot of people are afraid of dentists and so was i years ago. I went to Longview dental practice and never been anywhere else since. I have a dental care contract with this practice and go regular. If you want the best forget the rest.

1st time meeting the New Dentist & assistant really pleasant nice made you feel as ease explaining everything well so i understood everything. Very good. However, i find the 2 newish receptionists really abrupt, no personality, no customer service skills at all. Not only to myself but Sitting there watching it to other patients and telephone manner skills zero. one of the girls i couldn't understood what she was saying to me she said it so fast.i had to ask her to repeat herself 3 times before i understood what she was saying. After phoning round many different dentists my manager managed to get me into this practice from telephone appt they said get to practice they had a cancellation, was their 5 minute after telephone call getting xray and scale and polish. Superb dentist made me feel calm and relaxed, my anxiety and fear of dentists is awful , not no more thankyou for all your help and reception staff was really lovely and welcoming also.
